HitDIC (High-throughput Determination of Interdiffusion Coefficients) is a free-accessible software I developed for efficient determination of interdiffusion coefficients and atomic mobilities in alloy systems. It integrates numerical inverse methods, uncertainty quantification, and automated parameter optimization to provide robust algorithms for constructing diffusion databases.
My research focuses on computational materials science, including: CALPHAD-based thermodynamic and kinetic modeling, phase-field simulations, high-throughput materials design, diffusion database development, and uncertainty quantification in materials data. I'm particularly interested in developing computational tools and infrastructure.
