HitDIC - Diffusion Kinetics Database Software
HitDIC (HIgh-Throughput Determination of Interdiffusion Coefficients) is a C++ software for efficient evaluation of diffusion kinetics databases. It assesses diffusion kinetic parameters based on composition-distance curves, tracer diffusion coefficients, and interdiffusion coefficients. The software predicts composition profiles and interdiffusion flux curves, and outputs diffusion properties related to components and temperature variations.
